Legal

Terms and conditions.

These terms govern your use of Rosu. By using the site, subscribing, or creating an account, you agree to them.

Education, not medical advice

Rosu provides evidence-based information for educational purposes only. Nothing on this site is a diagnosis, treatment plan, or substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician before making health decisions.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account or use another person's credentials. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or appear to be fraudulent.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-period refunds except where required by law.

Intellectual property

All content on Rosu — including briefs, copy, design, and code — is owned by Rosu or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

Limitation of liability

Rosu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Rosu after changes means you accept the new terms.
